The Innocence Mission is an undiscovered gem of a band, IMHO. I've always loved this song, but as I was working out this morning, a particular lyric just struck me. I love the sentiment, if only we could have more of the Brotherhood of Man:

I don't listen to a huge amount of Dylan LeBlanc, but this song caught my attention (and is on my playlist). This morning as I'm sweating and all my podcasts have been played, If the Creek Don't Rise came on. Wow. I don't know why, but it just hit me hard. The musical soundscape perfectly fits the lyrics.
